About Us

We are a family of 5 who tries to spend as many of our waking hours outside as possible. We are amateur gardeners, landscapers, composters, and birdwatchers, learning as we go, and teaching our kids how to love and maintain our family's outdoor space. We started this blog to share what we have learned, and to document our successes and failures.
